Open the private link saved when your request was created. A Support ID alone cannot be used to access a conversation.

Returns and exchanges may be accepted within 14 days, subject to the order-specific conditions shared with you.

Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 3–5 calendar days. Delivery timing varies by destination, customs and carrier conditions.
