Terms for using and shopping the studio.

You may browse and use the website for personal, lawful purposes. Features, availability and content may evolve as the storefront and related services are developed. You are responsible for providing accurate information when using an account, placing an order, contacting the studio or requesting support.

Muse Collective Studio aims to present product images, descriptions, dimensions, options and other details as accurately as reasonably possible. Screen settings and normal production characteristics can affect how colour, texture or scale appears. Product information may be corrected or updated when needed.

An order is subject to product availability, accurate order details, payment confirmation and acceptance by Muse Collective Studio. An acknowledgement of a request or payment does not prevent the studio from addressing an obvious pricing, availability or order-detail error before acceptance. If an order cannot be accepted, the customer will not be treated as having a completed order solely because a request was submitted.

Product prices, currencies and available payment methods are shown or communicated through the relevant order process and may change before an order is accepted. Shipping prices vary by destination country or region. Card payments are handled through an external payment provider; Muse Collective Studio does not store full card numbers or CVV security codes in its own systems.

A private payment request is intended for the recipient, description, amount and currency shown on that request. It must not be altered or used after it has been cancelled or expired. A private payment request does not create a separate website checkout or change the acceptance terms of the related arrangement.

Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 3–5 calendar days. Transit time after carrier handoff varies according to destination, carrier operations, customs clearance and other external factors. Muse Collective Studio remains available through the Support Center to assist with delivery questions and available tracking information.

An order may be cancelled before production begins. Once an order has entered production, cancellation is no longer accepted. Customers who need to request cancellation should contact the Support Center as early as possible so the order’s current production status can be checked.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. For a change-of-mind return that is not caused by an error by Muse Collective Studio, return shipping is paid by the customer. For an exchange requested by customer choice, return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility, as described in the Shipping & Returns Policy.

For an incorrect or damaged order caused by Muse Collective Studio, the related shipping and replacement costs are covered by the studio, with the correct or a new replacement product as the primary resolution. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; the time they take to appear depends on the relevant bank or financial institution.

Artwork, product imagery, photographs, text, branding, layout and other site materials are protected by the intellectual property rights of Muse Collective Studio or their respective rights holders. Browsing or purchasing a product does not grant permission to copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit those materials beyond rights expressly provided with the product or required by law.

You must not use the website unlawfully, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security or availability, submit malicious content, impersonate another person, misuse private links, scrape the service abusively or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.

Muse Collective Studio takes reasonable care in operating the website, presenting products and supporting accepted orders. Some website, payment, carrier or communications functions depend on external services and factors outside the studio’s direct control. Where an issue occurs, the studio will take reasonable steps within its role to assist and provide an appropriate response.

Nothing in these terms removes or restricts consumer protections, remedies or other rights that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law. These terms do not select a specific governing law or court where the studio’s legal jurisdiction has not yet been formally confirmed.
