All Muse Collective Studio artworks are made to order.

Once your order has been confirmed, it enters our production process. Your artwork will be carefully produced and handed over to the shipping carrier within 3–5 business days from the date of your order.

Before leaving our studio, every piece undergoes a final quality inspection and is securely packaged for international transportation.

Production Time

3–5 business days

This is the estimated time required to produce, inspect, and prepare your artwork for shipment.

Once production is complete, your artwork is carefully packaged and handed over to our trusted international shipping partners.

We work with leading global carriers, including:

• DHL
• FedEx
• UPS

Estimated Shipping Time

3–5 business days

Shipping time begins once your artwork has been handed over to the carrier.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

3–5 business days production + 3–5 business days shipping

This means that the estimated total time from placing your order to delivery is approximately 6–10 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, carrier operations, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information whenever tracking is available for your shipment.

You can use your tracking number to follow the progress of your package throughout its journey.

Every artwork is carefully inspected before shipment and packaged specifically for international transportation.

Packaging methods may vary depending on the size, weight, and framing option of your artwork.

Our goal is simple: Your artwork should arrive in the same condition and quality in which it left our Istanbul studio.

The safe journey of your artwork is just as important to us as the quality of its production.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by the customs authorities and regulations of the destination country and may vary depending on the order and destination.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other destination-country charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Any applicable charges are generally the responsibility of the recipient.

We recommend checking your country's applicable import regulations before placing an international order. Customs clearance may occasionally cause delays beyond the estimated delivery time.

Every artwork is inspected before leaving our studio.

However, international transportation involves multiple handling stages, and in rare cases an item may arrive damaged. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

To help us resolve the issue, please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the artwork
• Photographs of the packaging and any visible damage
• A brief description of the issue

Please keep the original shipping packaging until the issue has been fully resolved. Photographs of both the artwork and packaging may be required to assess the damage and, where applicable, file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, repair, refund, or another appropriate solution.

If you receive an item that differs from what you ordered, please contact us before using or modifying the product so that we can assist you as quickly as possible.

As our artworks are made to order, return and exchange eligibility may vary depending on the nature of the product.

If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact us before sending the product back. Returned items must be in their original condition and, where possible, returned in their original packaging.

Unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

Please do not send a return to our studio without contacting us first. We will provide the appropriate return instructions if your return request is eligible.

Many of our artworks are produced specifically according to the customer's selected size, framing option, or other preferences.

Once production has begun, made-to-order or personalized products may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange, except where the product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the original order.

If you are unsure whether a particular product is eligible for return, please contact us before placing your order.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Because our artworks are produced to order, cancellation may not be possible once production has begun.

If production has not yet started, we will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request.

The estimated 3–5 business day production time and 3–5 business day shipping time are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delays may occasionally occur due to:

• Customs clearance
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays
• Carrier operational delays
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
• Import procedures
• Unexpected transportation or logistical issues

While we do everything possible to minimize delays, circumstances beyond our control may occasionally extend the estimated delivery time.
